Faddeeva function

Returns the value of the Faddeeva function for complex argument:

exp(-z**2) * erfc(-i*z)
Parameters:
zarray_like

complex argument

outndarray, optional

Optional output array for the function results

Returns:
scalar or ndarray

Value of the Faddeeva function
