Evaluate the spline at points

Returns the interpolated value at (theta[i], phi[i]), i=0,...,len(theta)-1.

Parameters
theta, phiarray_like

Input coordinates. Standard Numpy broadcasting is obeyed.

dthetaint, optional

Order of theta-derivative
