Return this array in the passed format.
- Parameters:
- format{str, None}
The desired sparse format (“csr”, “csc”, “lil”, “dok”, “array”, …) or None for no conversion.
- copybool, optional
If True, the result is guaranteed to not share data with self.
- Returns:
