Evaluates Rosenblatt’s shifted histogram estimators for each point on the dataset ‘data’.

Parameters:

data : sequence

Input data. Masked values are ignored.

points : sequence or None, optional

Sequence of points where to evaluate Rosenblatt shifted histogram. If None, use the data.
