Inverted Weibull Distribution

Shape parameter \(c>0\) and \(x>0\) . Then

\[h\left[X\right]=1+\gamma+\frac{\gamma}{c}-\log\left(c\right)\]

where \(\gamma\) is Euler’s constant.
