maxinconsts
(Z, R)[source]¶ Return the maximum inconsistency coefficient for each non-singleton cluster and its children.

The hierarchical clustering encoded as a matrix. See

The inconsistency matrix.
- Returns
- MIndarray
A monotonic
(n-1)
-sized numpy array of doubles.
