Wrapper for sgels.

Parameters:
ainput rank-2 array(‘f’) with bounds (m,n)
binput rank-2 array(‘f’) with bounds (MAX(m, n),nrhs)
Returns:
lqrrank-2 array(‘f’) with bounds (m,n) and a storage
xrank-2 array(‘f’) with bounds (MAX(m, n),nrhs) and b storage
infoint
