Evaluate the spline at points
Returns the interpolated value at (theta[i], phi[i]), i=0,...,len(theta)-1.
Parameters: theta, phi : array_like
Input coordinates. Standard Numpy broadcasting is obeyed.
dtheta : int, optional
Order of theta-derivative
