Required arguments:
alpha : input float a : input rank-2 array(‘f’) with bounds (lda,ka) b : input rank-2 array(‘f’) with bounds (ldb,kb)
Optional arguments:
beta := 0.0 input float c : input rank-2 array(‘f’) with bounds (m,n) overwrite_c := 0 input int trans_a := 0 input int trans_b := 0 input int
