scipy.special.hankel2e

scipy.special.hankel2e(v, z) returns the exponentially scaled Hankel function of the second kind for real order v and complex argument z: hankel1e(v, z) = hankel1(v, z) * exp(1j * z) = <ufunc 'hankel2e'>
