scipy.special.pro_cv(x1, x2, x3[, out]) = <ufunc 'pro_cv'>

cv=pro_cv(m,n,c) computes the characteristic value of prolate spheroidal wave functions of order m,n (n>=m) and spheroidal parameter c.
