scipy.special.pbvv(x1, x2[, out1, out2]) = <ufunc 'pbvv'>

(v,vp)=pbvv(v,x) returns (v,vp) with the parabolic cylinder function Vv(x) in v and the derivative, Vv’(x) in vp.
